Accessibility Standard
We are working toward substantial alignment with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our current accessibility benchmark.
Because accessibility is an ongoing process, and because some portions of our Sites may rely on third-party platforms or tools, we do not guarantee that every page or feature will always be fully accessible at all times. WCAG 2.1 defines Level A, AA, and AAA conformance levels, and Level AA is the level most commonly used for accessibility implementation and evaluation.
Measures We May Take
Our accessibility efforts may include, where appropriate:
improving text alternatives for meaningful images,
improving keyboard accessibility,
improving form labels, instructions, and error messaging,
improving heading structure and page organization,
improving color contrast and readability,
improving compatibility with common assistive technologies,
reviewing new site content and updates with accessibility in mind.
These are all areas addressed within WCAG’s success criteria and DOJ’s web accessibility guidance for common barriers such as missing alt text, inaccessible forms, and keyboard-access issues.
Third-Party Content and Platforms
Some parts of our online experience may be provided or hosted by third-party services, such as gallery, booking, payment, analytics, advertising, or storefront platforms. While we try to select and use tools that support accessibility, we may not control every aspect of third-party content, integrations, or platform functionality.
Feedback and Assistance
If you experience difficulty accessing any part of our Sites, or if you need assistance with any content, service, gallery, form, booking page, or purchase flow, please contact us so we can try to provide an accessible alternative or help resolve the issue.

Ongoing Improvement
We view accessibility as an ongoing effort and may update our websites, content, and practices over time to improve accessibility and usability.
