Phone consultation
After you submit the form, you'll receive a phone call from us where we will go over any other specifics of your project - such as the date, location, number of people, and aesthetic - and we will provide a package recommendation.

Invoice & agreement
You will receive two documents: an invoice that outlines your package, and an agreement that documents all of our mutual expectations. Your project is booked once your agreement is signed and you pay our retainer (50% of the invoiced total).
STEP 04
Execution
The project team arrives at the location early to prepare the space. Once the client(s) arrive, we take a moment to build rapport, settle in, and review the game plan.
For portraits, you do not need to know how to pose; we'll guide posture, angles, expression, hands, and small adjustments throughout the session.
Once the session is complete, Create With Don will load up any equipment and leave the space as we found it.

You receive a curated gallery to review, select, download, and use all of the images according to your session package.

Extra Images & Licensing
You and your team may love more of the images than are allotted in your package. You may purchase additional images a la carte along with the personal and commercial usage license. Each portrait will be color-corrected, retouched, and then delivered.

Imagine a wall of portraits that show your entire team as soon as a client walks into your space! Any image in your gallery can be purchased as a print - framed, unframed, on canvas, or even on metal. These art pieces can reviewed and purchased via our online store at any time after your final gallery is delivered.

FAQ
Can we customize a package?
Yes. Packages can be customized to your specific needs. We will build a quote the reflects the goals of your investment.
How far in advance should we book?
A minimum notice of two weeks is customary, giving the client ample time to understand their quote, finalize the agreement and retainer, and work with us to coordinate logistics.
How long does it take to get our photos?
Proofs are sent within 5 business days. These "proofs" are in a first-draft gallery; the client reviews the proofs and selects the images that will be retouched and finalized for delivery. Final delivery is 5 business days after the last proofs are reviewed by the client.
For example:
- You have a team of 10 people.
- The project is executed on Monday.
- The proofs are sent the following Monday evening.
- Your last teammate makes their final selections by Friday.
- The final gallery is delivered by the following Friday evening.
Do you offer albums or prints?
Yes! We offer every kind of print that you might image, from wallet-sized to large-format canvases.
